DUTIES & TAXES for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Any associated duties and taxes by international customs is the responsibility of you the customer, not Aroma Moon Noosa.
- You can return or exchange damaged products by emailing us at email@example.com within 7 days of your order.
- Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping (and other) fees for non-damaged products.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; in the original packaging along with your receipt of purchase.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for exchange for us to assess.
- We do not issue refunds. We may exchange or issue a store credit once item is returned, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are shipping an item over A$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
